Context
Section titled “Context”ADR-007 was skipped during the initial creation of the ADR sequence. This stub preserves the numbering audit trail per ADR best practices — gaps in numbering should be documented rather than silently ignored.
Decision
Section titled “Decision”This number is reserved. If a decision needs to be documented that logically fits between ADR-006 and ADR-008, this number should be used.
