Architecture Decision Records

Every structural choice in the starter — island hydration policy, the design token layer, the testing philosophy, the halt-on-violation gates — is recorded here as an Architecture Decision Record. The records are pulled verbatim from the product repository (docs/adr/ in astro-performance-starter) and are historical: superseded decisions stay, with a pointer to what replaced them.
